Who can apply
- Individuals
Individual painters, sculptors and printmakers with at least 20 years of mature artistic practice and demonstrated financial need. Open internationally, including throughout the US. Organizations, students and craft artists are excluded. Artists who have already received three Individual Support Grants are ineligible.
About this grant
Annual support for established working artists, assessed on the development of their work and household financial need. The foundation awards 20 grants annually and reports $25,000 per recipient in the prior round. Funds support the artist's career; this is not exhibition or project funding.
