- Small businesses
Commercial property owners or tenants with owner approval within Alabaster's designated project area, described as a three-mile radius around the recreation-center site at SR-119 and Thompson Road. Prior approval, current taxes, insurance and project completion requirements apply.
About this grant
Reimbursement for approved exterior commercial improvements. The first $2,500 needs no match; additional grant funding requires equal applicant investment, with a $25,000 total award cap.
