Kentucky SBIR/STTR Matching Funds Program
Who can apply
- Small businesses
For-profit companies with a federal SBIR or STTR award that are based in Kentucky or willing to relocate there. Applicants must follow the current round's matching-fund guidelines and provide the required federal-award documentation.
About this grant
Kentucky competitively awards reimbursable grants to businesses holding federal SBIR or STTR awards. State support can match up to $100,000 for a Phase I project or $150,000 for a Phase II project. The program supports further technology development and commercialization.
