CERF+ Get Ready Grant
Who can apply
- Individuals
Individual craft artists living and working in the US, territories, Tribal Nations or Indigenous communities who make original handmade craft objects and maintain a public-facing practice. Previous Get Ready recipients cannot reapply; Emergency Relief recipients may apply. The proposed safeguarding project must be completed within six months of the award.
About this grant
Supports studio safety, disaster preparation and protection of an artist's business or career. Eligible activities include safer equipment, inventory and record systems, portfolio documentation, business-continuity planning and professional advice. Eligible applications enter a lottery.
