Chicago Small Business Improvement Fund
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Businesses and commercial or industrial property owners in an eligible Chicago TIF district during its scheduled application month. Residential projects are excluded.
About this grant
Reimburses up to 90% of approved permanent building improvements. Caps are $75,000 for multi-tenant applicants, $150,000 for commercial properties and $250,000 for industrial properties.
