Who can apply
- Small businesses
Small Business Program: California businesses with 100 or fewer employees in California and no more than 250 worldwide. Owners may be trained with their employees. Training of 8 to 200 hours.
About this grant
California's Employment Training Panel reimburses employers for the cost of training workers in job skills that lead to long-term jobs, funded by an employer payroll tax. Its Small Business Program offers direct contracts to small employers, which can also join Multiple Employer Contracts run by consortia and trade associations. Apply online through Cal-E-Force.
