Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Businesses with a physical Massachusetts location and 100 or fewer Massachusetts W-2 employees that contribute to the Workforce Training Fund. Trainees must be payroll employees working in Massachusetts. Applicants need state tax and unemployment-compliance certificates and must select approved directory courses.
About this grant
Express reimburses up to 100% of eligible employee-training costs within program caps. A company can receive up to $15,000 per calendar year, subject to limits of $300 per instructional hour and $3,000 per employee per course. Employers pay training costs before requesting reimbursement.
