Greenville City Facade Improvement Grant
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Commercial property owners or businesses in eligible corridors and downtown within Greenville city limits. Tenants need owner consent. Approval is required before construction; the same property cannot receive another award within three years. Code compliance and completion within six months are required unless extended.
About this grant
Reimburses 50% of eligible exterior work: ordinarily up to $10,000, up to $25,000 on Pleasantburg Drive, or $125,000 downtown. Larger exceptions require city approval, so no universal ceiling is inferred.
