- Small businesses
Mississippi employers with eligible skill-development projects, working through approved training providers. Training must improve employee productivity and satisfy the state's sector and cost requirements.
About this grant
State workforce funds reimburse approved college-provided and industry-provided training for existing employees and other eligible participants. Employers work with the community-college system to develop and approve projects; this is training-cost support, not an unrestricted business grant.
