Who can apply
- Small businesses
Non-agricultural for-profit businesses with fewer than 500 employees, an Oahu location operating before March 10, 2026, at least one Hawaii-resident owner, required registration and tax compliance. Must document unmet losses from the March 10–23, 2026 Kona Low storms; insured or otherwise reimbursed losses cannot be duplicated.
