Oklahoma Incumbent Worker Training
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Eligible Oklahoma employers retraining current employees to retain a skilled workforce or avoid layoffs. State registration, tax compliance, employee eligibility, employer contribution and an approved training agreement are required.
About this grant
State-administered workforce funds reimburse eligible incumbent-worker training for new technology, process improvements and industry credentials. Training must address a demonstrated business need; local boards determine availability and approved costs. Ordinary worker wages and benefits are not reimbursed as training expenses.
