Who can apply
- Small businesses
Applicants must be independent, for-profit small businesses under SBA standards, have a South Carolina location and have operated for at least two years. They must be export-ready, have an export plan and offer goods or services with at least 51% U.S. content.
About this grant
South Carolina's STEP program reimburses eligible export promotion costs. Supported activities include trade shows, trade missions, export training, international marketing and export compliance services. Businesses apply through the Department of Commerce's STEP staff.
