Who can apply
- Small businesses
Eligible Utah small businesses working with Nucleus Grow on a qualifying Phase I SBIR/STTR proposal. Applicants must identify an open federal solicitation and satisfy the program's prior-award restrictions. One microgrant per company is permitted.
About this grant
State-sponsored microgrants offset Phase I proposal costs after successful proposal submission: $3,000 for eligible businesses and up to $5,000 for rural businesses. This listing covers the microgrant component only; UTIF's separate gap-funding product is a loan.
