Who can apply
- Small businesses
U.S.-incorporated businesses with a primary U.S. place of business, a CAGE code for payment, and the ability to process classified federal materials by November 2026. Applicants cannot already provide the same capabilities to the government under the stated conditions. Follow-on contracts are separate from prizes.
About this competition
Defense technology competition with up to $20 million in non-dilutive cash prizes. Up to four finalists receive $1 million each, with up to four winners receiving an additional $4 million each.
