Companies, groups or organizations hosting a meeting or event in Bismarck–Mandan that lasts at least two days and generates at least 200 hotel room nights. Individuals are ineligible. Requires a W-9, an out-of-town visitor marketing plan and event reporting.
About this grant
Supports event marketing, hospitality or operations, with awards based on overnight stays generated. Half is paid upon acceptance and half after event completion; lower-than-projected room nights can reduce the final payment.
