Alaska Incumbent Worker Training Reimbursements
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Alaska employers training existing workers and committing to retain them. Employer contributions are 10% for 50 or fewer employees, 25% for 51–99, and 50% for 100 or more; eligible wages and in-kind contributions may count.
About this grant
Reimbursement grants cover approved employee training that improves competitiveness, supports advancement or prevents layoffs. Employers submit the application, worker information and training budget to the state before incurring reimbursable costs.
