Maine Workforce Development Compact Training Funding
Who can apply
- Small businesses
Maine employers joining the free Workforce Development Compact. Funded frontline workers must be at least 18, reside in Maine and meet the program's education requirements. Training and reimbursement require approval.
About this grant
Reimbursement of up to half of approved frontline employee training costs, capped at $1,200 per worker per year and $250,000 per employer per year. Employers work with a community-college coordinator to arrange training. Compact membership is free.
